Martina O'Brien runs a physiotherapy and Pilates practice built on word of mouth and a steady stream of loyal clients. The systems behind the scenes hadn't kept pace with demand. Bookings, follow-up, and online visibility were all manual, which meant growth was capped by how much admin one person could carry alongside a full clinical schedule.

Paired with a more consistent online presence, the practice now sees a steadier flow of new clients, rather than relying on word of mouth alone.
